Highly recommend! Been coming here for several years now. Doctor is so “chill” and relatable. He explains everything in easy to understand terms and never rushes. Staff has always been friendly and fun. We love them!

Dr. Nguyen and the ladies in the office are phenomenal… If you want a Dr. who cares and listens to your concerns Memorial Eye Center is the perfect place to go… I’m so glad I found this Eye Dr. I finally can see clearly.

Dr. Nguyen and the staff are amazing! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. We made a slight tweak to my prescription, and it has made all the difference. There was no pressure or anyone being pushy by trying to get me to buy new glasses or spend more money on upgrades to my lenses. They simply wanted what was best for me as the client. AND I am loving my new glasses!

This was my first time here and the service was exceptional! The reps were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I didn’t feel like how I normally would at an eye doctor—which if anyone has worn glasses for almost the entirety of their life, they would know. The office is clean and they really worked with me to get the best deals. I am forever grateful for Dr. Vinh Nguyen and he might have just gained a loyal customer! He was right to the point and very interactive with me. He also knew exactly what he was talking about and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable in his hands! I haven’t been to have my eyes checked in years. No judgement. Gave a thorough exam. And Dr Vin explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

I would strongly recommend Memorial Eye Center - Spring Klein for your vision tests and glasses. The entire staff is very efficient and friendly. It has the feel of a "family" business. Doctor Vinh is thorough and will take his time to make sure the eye glasses are optimized for you. Like many of us who wait or have to wait till the end of the year to use eye benefits, Memorial Eye Center had even extended their work hours. We are extremely pleased with this office. Scheduling our appointment was an ease. Dr. Vinhn Nguyen is phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, thorough. He took extra time to address all of our concerns. He has an incredible staff. They were all accommodating and pleasant. The glasses we ordered came early than we expected. Notifications were timely. They even fixed one of our old glasses without hesitation and free of charge. Highly recommend this practice!
